How to Create Custom Facebook Chat Smileys Pictures
1) Go to Smiltey Me
2) Click Choose file... and select the picture you want to send.
3) Click Upload now
4) After finishing the upload, it will ask you to Like their Facebook, just Like it.
5) You'll get a code, just copy it and paste it on the Facebook chat box then send it.
6) Done! The picture will appear as an emoticon...
